By accessing or using TSN, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Account and personalized features are intended for users aged 18 or older who can enter a binding agreement.

TSN provides news, commentary, company profiles, funding records, investor and founder information, job links, newsletters and related discovery tools. Features and availability may change, and we may correct, update, suspend or discontinue any part of the service.

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• Protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.
• Do not share access in a way that circumvents security or account limits.
• You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by law.

We may restrict or terminate an account used for abuse, fraud, security threats or material violations of these Terms.

You may read, link to and share TSN pages for lawful personal or internal business use. You must not:

• Scrape, crawl or extract the service at a volume that burdens our systems, bypasses technical controls or creates a competing database without written permission.
• Republish substantial portions of articles or structured datasets, remove attribution, or present TSN content as your own.
• Attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, or test vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Use the service to violate law, intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
• Impersonate another person or submit false, deceptive or unlawful material.

Startup information changes quickly and can be incomplete, delayed or disputed. We work to source and correct material facts, but do not warrant that every article, funding amount, valuation, investor list, job opening or company record is complete, current or error-free.

Content is general information, not legal, investment, tax, employment or other professional advice. Funding raised is not the same as valuation, revenue or financial performance. Verify important decisions with primary sources and qualified advisers.

Job listings and application links may lead to third-party sites. TSN is not the employer, recruiter or agent unless expressly stated. Verify the employer, role, compensation and application destination before sharing personal information. We do not guarantee that a role remains open or that an application will receive a response.

You retain ownership of material you submit. By sending material for publication or review, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant TSN a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to review, reproduce, edit and publish it for the purpose you requested. Confidentiality applies only where we expressly agree to it in writing.

Submitting a press release, correction request or story tip does not guarantee coverage, removal or a particular editorial outcome.

The TSN name, site design, original articles, graphics, software and original database arrangement are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, logos, images and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, reporting or with permission as applicable.

TSN may display third-party advertising, direct sponsorships, affiliate links or partner content. Sponsored placements are labelled where appropriate. Advertisers are responsible for their claims, destinations and offers; your dealings with them are between you and the advertiser.

The service contains links and integrations operated by third parties. Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. TSN does not control and is not responsible for third-party availability, content, security or transactions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN is provided “as is” and “as available” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TSN and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, investment outcomes or decisions made in reliance on the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify TSN and its operators against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submissions, or your material breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts of competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer rights or dispute forum that applies where you live. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern.

We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in the service or law. Updated Terms apply from the date posted unless a later date is stated. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
